Dear Tom,
Any class activity on Personal Effectiveness Training please?

Team building activities are very important for connecting students with each other and for building trust for the teacher. I am opening a new school this year and will definitely sped a great deal of time on team building all year.

Hi Olusegun - Please share your definition of "Personal Effectiveness Training". When I think of this topic I talk about the "Leader As Coach Fast Track Program" (www.LeaderAsCoachFTP.com). Tom

Hello Tom,
I noticed that your activities do not have clearly stated objectives.

Hi Ajibola --
You wrote "I noticed that your activities do not have clearly stated objectives."
Please send me a link via email to the activity that does not have a clearly stated objective and I'll get my team to fix this. All activities should state the objective clearly. See this example:

Hello Tom
First of I want to thank you for allowing me to be part of this group. Second, I am part of an elementary summer camp that will take place next week. I thought I would have two groups to work with one k-2 and the other 3-4, which was fine with me. But today, I found out that I will be working with three different groups, one of them is made up of 5 students 3rd to 4th graders and I have never worked with such a small group, plus I will only see them twice for 70 minutes each section. I know I cannot do any process with them, but I do not want my work to be just fun games to play. Any ideas are welcomed. Many thanks, Yolanda
